Document Workflow

Any type of document can be managed and routed electronically. An electronic document can reside on a portal, be integrated with PeopleSoft or be a worksheet. The software used with this service can capture information on scanned physical documents and convert into data.

Document workflows can be automated. This feature provides multiple efficiencies throughout the lifecycle of the document. Employees will no longer need to shuffle documents across campus or to create duplicate records to file. The automated processing of documents, from submission to final archive, makes the approval process take less time and be more intuitive and transparent to employees.

  • Student Information: Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarship, Registrar’s Office, etc.
  • Employee Information: Benefits, Payroll, Human Resources
  • Financial: Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, etc.
